សន្និសីទគំរូអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ លើកទី៤ (4th Phnom Penh Model United Nations Conference) គឺជា សន្និសិទមួយដែល បាន រៀប ចំដោយ ដេប៉ាតឺម៉ង់សិក្សាអន្តរជាតិ នៃវិទ្យាស្ថានភាសាបរទេស នៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទភ្នំពេញក្នុង គោល បំណង ឲ្យសិស្ស និស្សិតបានយល់ដឹងនូវ របៀបដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំជាក់ស្ដែងរបស់មហាសន្និបាតនៃអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ តាមរបៀបវារៈដូចមានជូនភ្ជាប់មកជាមួយ។
សិស្ស និស្សិត ប្រមាណ ៤០ នាក់ ត្រូវបានជ្រើសរើស ពីបណ្តាសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ ផ្សេងៗដូចជាសកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទភ្នំពេញ សាកលវិទ្យាល័យបញ្ញាសាស្រ្ត និងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យអាមេរិកាំងភ្នំពេញដែលនឹងមកដើរតួជាប្រមុខរដ្ឋតំណាងប្រទេសជាសមាជិក អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ ដើម្បីធ្វើការប្រជុំ ពិភាក្សានិងរកដំណោះស្រាយអំពីបញ្ហាប្រឈមក្រោមប្រធានបទ “ការធ្វើពាណិជ្ជកម្មដោយសេរី និងយុត្តិធម៌” (Promoting Free and Fair Trade )។

The Department of International Studies of the Institute of Foreign Language, Royal University of Phnom Penh together with the Cambodia Development Institute (CDI) will be hosting the 4th Phnom Penh Model United Nations Conference (PPMUN) with 40 student delegates come from different universities including the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP), Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC) and American University of Phnom Penh (AUPP) to discuss and seek for practical solutions on the current concerning issues under the topic: “Promoting Free and Fair Trade”. These students will act as Heads of States representing countries who are the members of the General Assembly. Participants can gain insight of how key decision-makers negotiate to protect their national interests, and learn about the procedures of the model United Nations Conference through the real scenario of the model.
